Keen to improve standards and support new opportunities, Mayflower participated in the Food Academy in 2015–2016 in association with SuperValu.
We at Mayflower are committed to providing quality products and services that meet the modern demands and expectations of our customers.
Where possible, all ingredients and packaging are sourced locally to keep with our policy of producing quality Irish products using Irish ingredients.
Based in Limerick City, Mayflower’s main objective is to manufacture a high-quality range of powdered and frozen sauces at a very competitive price. We supply to retail outlets nationwide and our curry sauce is now a well-known favourite with consumers all across Ireland. Eamon and Sean are partners in the family-run company, Mayflower, and have been involved in the Irish food industry since 1989. They have both invested largely in the development of the company, its various products, and packaging.
Eamon has over 25 years experience in the food industry and has held two senior sales positions and directorships in various companies. Having worked in sales and marketing for Mandarin Foods, Eamon took over the running of the company, bringing Sean in as a partner. Sean has been involved in food production for over 25 years. He has attended many courses run by Teagasc in relation to food safety and preparation techniques. Along with Eamon, he has invested heavily in the development of the company.
We are committed to providing quality products and services that meet the modern demands and expectations of our customers. We supply to retail outlets nationwide and our online shop is open to all countries in Europe and the U.S.A.
